Woodsy California Mountain Engagement | Fairytale Engagement Photographer | {Jordan and Megan}

As I sit here in my office on this warm, sunny day….this session seems worlds away. It started out in the woods….a bit chilly, but filled with glowy light. Part way through, some stormy weather rolled in….the temperature dropped like crazy and there was a ton of fog. Megan and Jordan must have thought I was crazy, as they shivered in the freezing temps and I couldn’t stop exclaiming how LUCKY we were to get these conditions. Cause I loooove me some fog. I kept cheering them on, to just push through, and it would be worth it. They were such troopers, and it was definitely worth it!!!!

One of my favorite parts about their session was the fact that Megan wore her mother’s wedding dress for the first part of the shoot. Her mom had no idea and was moved to tears when Megan surprised her with the images! I think this is such a sweet gesture and would love to see some more brides doing this :)
